The field of education has set goals for the development of adaptive learning and proctoring. With the help of AI, it is planned to automate the work of selecting teaching material and teaching methods suitable for a particular student to facilitate the process of mastering the material for all categories of students.

The function of proctoring is to monitor students during the exam. The robot is tasked with monitoring what is happening, capturing a variety of factors that are not "seen" by the webcam's eye, as today's students can outsmart any technical device. However, in education, not everything can be entrusted to technology. A teacher's personality, charisma, and ability to build the right relationship with students play a big role in education.

While an average teacher cannot be replaced by a machine, according to Rosa Lukin, a professor at University College London, it is necessary to find a middle solution. The goal is not to replace the teacher with a computer program, but to improve the learning process, and only humans can do that.
