In this field of artificial intelligence systems, there is a high demand for the ability to automate work processes. Today, operations performed on the assembly line are often automated. However, LG has already planned to open a factory where the entire organization will be entrusted to artificial intelligence. This includes the supply of consumables, control over machine operation, product quality and achievement of targets, warehouse operation, and more. It is clear that the number of employees will be minimal.

Owners of large industrial enterprises in Japan, China, the United States, Germany, and Switzerland are investing huge sums in the re-equipment of plants and factories. Many professions, even those associated with intellectual labor, are becoming obsolete in favor of an increasing computer fleet. In the next few decades, the number of employed people will decrease.

  • On assembly equipment, the number of jobs being reduced on conveyor belts is steadily increasing. One assembly machine can replace several workers after adjustment.

  • In accounting calculations, humans cannot compete with a machine that accurately keeps accounts, calculates income and taxes, which is extremely useful for the government system. AI is gradually increasing its competence.

  • When it comes to consulting customers, robots are already being used today to answer typical questions. Gradually, with the accumulation of experience, the communicative ability of the robot consultant increases.

Automation will soon affect many professions, including personal assistants, cashiers, truck drivers, and waiters. For example, AI has been successfully implemented at the H&H line plant in the form of technology that tracks the direction of an employee's gaze. This has resulted in 400 fewer hours of training for new workers in 1 year and reduced the risk of accidents.

According to MIT Technology Review, Andrew Eun, an author of new automated systems, is working on a new project called Landing.Al. He is now actively collaborating with Foxconn, the manufacturer of Apple devices.
